Harvest Hawkes Bay 2009

Everyone had a great time at Zepelin during Harvest Hawkes Bay 2009 weekend of Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February.

The deck chairs, umbrellas and picnic rugs were out for a relaxing day of wine tasting, delicious food and entertainment.

Cold Rose and sumptuous reds were on offer including music by Jess Chambers and Justin Firefly from the band The Woolshed Session playing fantastic soul/folk music.

Food by Markus provided luscious thinly sliced sirloin steak grilled with balsamic caramelized red onions and served with tomatoes, wild rocket, St Andrews Lime and Mustard seed dressing ,aioli mayonnaise in a toasted Scottish milk Bap. Award winning Kapiti ice cream followed.

Harvest Hawkes Bay Monster Dozen Sale

There were great buying opportunities over the weekend. A whopping discount of 40% discount applied if a dozen or more bottles of 2005 Syrah or 2005 Merlot Cabernet Franc were purchased. Similarly, a purchase of a dozen or more bottles of 2008 Rose or 2005 Cabernet Merlot received 30% discount.
